I first tried guacamole when I was four years old, and have loved it ever since! Guacamole is right up there in my list of favorite foods, right alongside dark chocolate-which should tell you something (we always keep chocolate in the house)!
Love garlic? Add a little more! Not a fan of cilantro? You're under no obligation to put it in at all!
Guacamole is a recipe that you can customize to accomplish whatever edible task you need it to do!

The BEST Go-to Guacamole!
A delicious, versatile dip, guacamole is a healthy and flavorful addition to any meal or snack!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
1 large avocado
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 scallions, (green onions)
1/2-1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
1. Cut avocado in half and pit.
2. Slice avocado down the length and across the width to make the cubes.
3. Slice lemon in half, juice and pour all of the juice into the bowl
4. Add cilantro, scallions, and salt and mix.
5. If you want, you can add a dash of hot sauce or halved cherry tomatoes for color.
